Once an order is placed, generally it takes up to 10 minutes for a Server to activate. However, in some rare circumstances, this can take longer. If your Minecraft Server is not active after 20 minutes, please contact our Support Team.

Our support team is available 24/7. If you have any questions or need any assistance, you can contact us at any time.

If you’re having issues signing in to your Prisma Nodes account (the Client Area) try resetting your password through the forgot password link on the login page. If you’re struggling to sign in to your Pterodactyl account (the Control Panel), remember that the password is different to the client area and we have a guide to walk you through resetting your Pterodactyl password. If you’re still having issues, just get in touch and we’ll be able to assist.

Yes! We offer MySQL databases free of charge with every Minecraft service. To get a database for your Minecraft server, simply go to your server's page on the control panel, click Advanced and then MySQL Database.

Absolutely! We have a system that allows you to upgrade or downgrade your server at any time. It's a completely automated self-serve system that you can access from the client area. When upgrading, you will only need to pay the prorated amount (the difference between your current and chosen plan) and when downgrading, our system will automatically issue a prorated refund.
