[0] INTRODUCTION
By using Prisma Nodes you agree to be in compliance with the following Terms. In the event of you violating/trying to violate the following Terms, you may be permanently banned from the Prisma Nodes platform. This agreement can change at any time with or without prior notice. It is up to you, as a customer of Prisma Nodes to check these Terms regularly and ensure you are compliant with them.
[1] ORDERING
1) The customer is not obliged to make the payment after placing an order.
2) The customer is not committed to anything and can stop paying at any time.
3) Orders will be delivered within the advertised indication on our website, unless there is not enough stock.
4) If the server turns out to be out of stock, it will be delivered within 7 days else a refund will be processed.
5) Prisma Nodes will do its utmost to ensure that there is always enough stock.
6) Pre-orders can't be refunded
7) If the customer does not pay the invoice, we are authorized to suspend the server after 24 hours.
8) If the customer does not pay the invoice, we are authorized to delete the server after 72 hours.
9) If you enter fake information such as your billing (name etc) information, we have the right to delete your account.
[2] GAME SERVER
1) If the consumer does not renew the server, Prisma Nodes is authorized to shut down the server after it has been expired.
2) If the consumer does not renew the server, Prisma Nodes is authorized to remove all data of this server, 3 days after the server is expired.
3) Support with regard to plugins/resources and code is not guaranteed.
4) Using Pirated Plugins is against our ToS which means you will no longer receive support related to your service. (or termination)
5) It's not allowed to use our name in the FXServer Keymaster section. Make sure to use the name OVH.
[3] VPS SERVER
1) The customer is not allowed host or run any websites/programs that are prohibited under law. Such as performing DDoS attacks, hosting child porn content and hosting copyrighted content.
2) The customer is not allowed to send spam from his Prisma Nodes servers.
3) Prisma Nodes will not provide support for third-party apps but sometimes we can put you in the right direction.
4) Prisma Nodes is allowed to suspend the server if there is any kind of illegal acitvity on the server.
5) It's not allowed to mine crypto on a VPS.
6) With a virtual server you share CPU performance with other customers, therefore it's not allowed to use the CPU heavility for extended periods of time (Fair use).
7) It's not allowed to use your VPS as a proxy or tunnel traffic to a server outside our network.
[4] DEDICATED SERVER
1) The customer is not allowed to host illegal programs, content or websites.
2) The customer is not allowed to send spam from his Prisma Nodes servers.
3) Prisma Nodes will not provide support for third-party apps but sometimes we can put you in the right direction.
4) Prisma Nodes is allowed to suspend the server if there is any kind of illegal acitvity on the server.
5) It's not allowed to mine crypto on a Dedicated Server.
6) It's not allowed to use your Dedicated Server as a proxy or tunnel traffic to a server outside our network.
[5] SUPPORT
1) The customer can open a ticket in our Discord server or send us an email to [email protected], if he has any questions regarding their service.
2) The Official (SLA) Response time from PrismaNodes is 12 hours. But in practice this can be a lot faster.
3) Prisma Nodes only offers support on the services provided by Prisma Nodes.
4) Prisma Nodes does not provide support for third-party software.
5) Support for plugins, addons, or resources it not guaranteerd unless associated with Prisma Nodes.
[6] PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
1) By placing an order, the customer accepts that Prisma Nodes does not accept any refund request that isn't covered by our refund policy.
2) The customer is entitled to a refund if the services of Prisma Nodes have an availability of less than 99%, caused by technical issues on our side.
3) Downtime not caused by Prisma Nodes such as a misconfiguration made by the customer does not count.
4) The customer needs to report a technical issue the the Prisma Nodes support via the support ticket channel in our discord server or our support email ([email protected]) and give Prisma Nodes enough time to fix the issue.
5) A refund will be denied if the reason for the refund is: "I don't know how it works". The customer is responsible for installation and configuration of any programs or plugins in his server.
6) A refund will be processed within 7 business days.
7) Some countries have a legal period in which the customer can terminate their server without giving any reason. The customer then gets his money back. This is called Right of withdrawal (or herroepingsrecht). By placing an order with Prisma Nodes, you agree to waive this right.
8) The customer may not refund the payment, through payment services such as paypal by submitting a claim. They must always request a refund via the Prisma Nodes support.
9) If the customer opens a claim with paypal or opens a dispute at the creditcard provider, Prisma Nodes may immediately stop and delete the services of the customer without warning.
10) If you do not cancel the automatic-payment on paypal we are unable to issue a refund. You will receive this amount in the form of credits on your account.
[7] OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF PRISMA NODES
1) Prisma Nodes is not responsible for the content that the customer is hosting.
2) Prisma Nodes will remove illegal content or other illegal applications/scripts that are not permitted by law.
[8] GEM SYSTEM
1) Prisma Nodes provides a donation panel in which the players of your server can donate money.
2) For a 1 USD/EUR donation you will receive 100 gems ($/€ 1,00)
3) It's not allowed to donate credits to yourself.
4) Credits can only be used on the Prisma Nodes website to renew your server, upgrade your server or to buy a new server.
5) Credits cannot be refunded.
[9] AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Prisma Nodes hosts an affiliate program where users can earn money from referred sales that they bring to us. The current rate for affiliates are 10% off each sale and the minimum withdrawal amount is set to 25 USD (worth of credits). Prisma Nodes may refuse to pay out to an affiliate if the following terms are broken.
a) Do not advertise your affiliate url on any coupon/promotional websites.
b) Do not use your own affiliate link on sub-accounts.
c) Do not attempt to exploit our affiliate system.
[10] UNMETERED STORAGE
Disk space provided by Prisma Nodes on you server is described as ‘unlimited’ or ‘unmetered’ for the sole purpose of storing material related to your service. We reserve the right to remove content from our servers that is not explicitly related to the use of your service following warnings via email or suspend your service without notice. Disk space has a soft limit of 50GB for storage.
[11] MINECRAFT SQL
Our Minecraft plans come with free MySQL databases which can be setup within Databases tab of the panel. Prisma Nodes is not responsible for any data loss with our MySQL services due to the add-on being free.
[12] ABUSE
If you believe a user is abusing our services, you can contact us at [email protected] and our team will launch an investigation.

The following Privacy Policy outlines how we obtain and store customers information, also known as ‘Personally identifiable information’ (PII).
The information listed in the policy applies to all the information that we collect about you
[1] WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When placing an order or registering on our website, we save multiple pieces of information which includes:
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Address of Residency
- Phone Number
- Demographic Information
- Consensual Records
- Payment Details
We collect personal information from you such as your Name, Email Address, Address and Phone Number to comply with laws and to distinguish you from other users that take advantage of our service. Furthermore, we collect your demographic information to assist us when targeting specific users with advertisement messages. We save your consensual records to prevent sending you emails and other related marketing information when you have opted out. Finally, we store your Payment Details such as your PayPal Email to assist us with identifying users in the event of a payment dispute.
[2] HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We will not share your information with any third-party customers without consent beforehand. However, we may share your information with legal authorities such as the Police if you are found to be committing a crime on our service, or if they specifically request your information.
All of your information is stored in secure databases that cannot be accessed by any member of the public, as well as the staff team at Prisma Nodes. Additionally, we encrypt all secure information via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which all of our panels and our main website have.
Prisma Nodes will never modify your saved data unless specifically requested by you. Furthermore when requesting support for your product/service you have an option to disallow our technical team from accessing your service when opening a ticket.
All backups that Prisma Nodes stores are on an off-site backup server which is secured by digital keys and cannot be accessed by any member of the public and/or member of staff at Prisma Nodes.
[3] COOKIES
Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer through your web browser. Certain aspects of our website require cookies in order to function such as our Shopping Cart and your Authentication session keeping you logged in to our panels. We also use cookies to remember your preferences when navigating our website to ensure your future visits follow the same protocol. Finally we use cookies for security reasons.
You can remove your cookies stored on your computer by visiting your website browser settings and removing them.
[4] RIGHT TO INFORMATION/ACCOUNT DELETION
You may receive a ‘data pack’ from Prisma Nodes if you would like to know what information we store from you. To request a data pack you can open a ticket with our management department who will supply you with your data pack usually within 3-4 working days.
If you would like your account deleted, you can request this by opening a ticket. Please note that in certain circumstances we do not remove accounts such as an ongoing/past investigation that we must retain to prevent you creating another account. If you would like to receive more information regarding account deletion, you may contact us by opening a support ticket.
